  • Beef age for 7-10 days in one of the coldest coolers around for optimal tenderness. 

  • We pride ourselves in custom processing and strive to make every special request a priority.  

  • Our staff is experienced to help and provide suggestions even if this is your first time.

Pork

  • We do all of our own smoking!
